Shafahid Concrete Manufacturing LLC (SCM) was established in 2013 and has stayed focused on a single category ever since — high-performance tile adhesive and grout. A ready-mix, cement-based adhesive formulated specifically for tiling in Middle Eastern climates. Free from fibres and asbestos, with high bond strength for tiles, natural stone, marble, granite, stone cladding and pool tiles.
Our premium-grade, waterproofing-additive formula for demanding wet areas — bathrooms, kitchens, pools and balconies — where moisture resistance matters as much as bond strength. Conforms to Dubai Municipality standards.
Dubai Municipality-conforming adhesive mortar for ceramic, porcelain, marble and granite. Applied at 3–10 mm with a notched trowel, for both interior and exterior wall and floor work.
